PUC to take public comment on Xcel Energy time-of-use electric rate proposal
The Colorado Public Utilities Commission will conduct a remote public comment hearing on Thursday, April 16, on a proposal by Xcel Energy to permanently implement time-of-use electric rates for its residential customers.
