Bennett Update: Muegge Way Phase 1 Change Order Authorization

The Board approved a Change Order with ECI Site Construction Management, for completion of Phase 1 of the Muegge Way project. The developer will fully reimburse the Town for the change order. This phase will create southern access from Civic Center Drive to Town Hall and the new Civic Center Park facilities, ensuring connectivity for the park’s anticipated Spring 2026 opening.
